Champion Changes!

Dr. Mundo

  • Sadism - Maximum Health regenerated reduced to 40/50/60%, from 40/55/70%.

Hecarim

  • Rampage - Damage to minions increased to 66%, from 50%.

Lulu

  • Glitterlance - Damage and ability power ratio reduced to 80/125/170/215/260 (+0.5), from  80/130/180/230/280 (+0.6).

Malphite

  • Health increased to 513 (+90 per level), from 505 (+82 per level).

New Items and Changes!

Phantom Dancer

  • Movement Speed reduced to 12%, from 15%.

Zeal

  • Movement Speed reduced to 6%, from 8%.

Athene's Unholy Grail

  • Item Cost - 2950
  • Recipe Cost - 500
  • Components - Fiendish Codex, Amplifying Tome, Chalice of Harmony
  • Stats - +80 Ability Power, +40 Magic Resist, +15 MP5, +15% Cooldown Reduction, Passive: Restores 12% of your max Mana on Kill or Assist, UNIQUE Passive: Increases your Mana Regen by 1% per 1% Mana you are missing. Does not stack with Chalice of Harmony.

     Why nerf movement speed items? PD will be no better than Trinity Force now.

    Also... this new AP item will be on every single AP champ....

    I thought galio were going to be nerfed and I see this:

    • Item Cost - 2950
    • Recipe Cost - 500
    • Components - Fiendish Codex, Amplifying Tome, Chalice of Harmony
    • Stats - +80 Ability Power, +40 Magic Resist, +15 MP5, +15% Cooldown Reduction, Passive: Restores 12% of your max Mana on Kill or Assist, UNIQUE Passive: Increases your Mana Regen by 1% per 1% Mana you are missing. Does not stack with Chalice of Harmony.

    The Athene unglory grail is a going to be the most "lame" thing ever created to the mid lane. Making the tanky mid champs more op and probably changing the metagame of the mid lane, and this will make resist magic become "a must", and the best champions would be the champions that more can take advantage of this item.

    The item seems pretty OP, yes. While Chalice is great for laning, especially AP v AP, people would often refuse to buy one just because it doesn't build into anything else, thus would only slow their progress towards their core build. Also abusing it makes one push the lane, thus allowing the opponent to take safe refuge under the tower and call for an eay gank... While this monster doesn't really have any downsides in teamfights (you won't get one sooner). When things start to die, infinite mana ensues. Kassadin is going to be really scary with this thing.

    I'm pretty sure that the graphics update for Summoner's Rift comes with this patch too. You should add it. Again, I am not 100% sure about this

    cass irelia ryze lulu mundo NEEDED the nerf. they were off the scale of other champions. and cancermanBG you obviously have NO idea how op lulu is in mid/top/bot. shes just op. and she needed the nerfs.

    oh and nocturne is gonna get nerfed in the couple next patches. just wait and see :D

    I agree with you on the others, but not irelia. Well at least not the nerf to her sustain.She is no longer a viable top unless as a counterpick really.

    This nerf is aim mainly at Lulu mid who's, I must agree, is really great early game but in the late game she mostly viable because of her utility because she has no comparable damage, burst nor dps, to most of other ap carries. As opposite to other utility mid characters like Orianna or Morgana who have both decent amount of damage and utility.

    Why the hell they are continiously nerfing the heroes I play the most...

    Fisrt Cass, then Irelia, Janna, Ryze and now 2nd time in a row Lulu as if she would the most bursty mid character. That's just sad

    I'm not sure if I quite agree on the Zeal and PD nerfs. Sure, it's a bit high, but the common champs that opt for it are AD carries, who naturally run at 300-305 (310 for Varus). PD allows them to ensure that they stay on par speed with common bruisers, who naturally run at 315+ and also normally get MS boosters such as masteries, runes, and some items, along with the fact that they have some gap closers. An Ashe with boots2 and PD would be lucky to even be on even speeds against a bruiser with boots2, quints, and masteries.

    Also, on a more non-competitive area, the term "dunking" just got nerfed ._.

    AD carries are not supposed to move at the same speed as a bruiser. AD carries have the advantage of range, and often kiting mechanism (Pretty much every AD carry has some form of stun, slow, escape or a mix of these three).

    Bruisers have increased movement speed and gap closers to deal with the range. Also, don't forget that bruisers often take Tri-force, so the zeal nerf is a nerf for bruisers as well. In my opinion this change is for AP carries mid-late game.

    ugh...hopefully the phantom dancer nerfs don't go through. Ad carries continuing to get nerfed...
