- Range is now 800, (Down from 950)

They set the values, they tested it and it seemed a little weak so they buffed it and realized that the buff pushed it over the edge. 2800 vs 2550 is rather huge. Again, it's not schizophrenic because tweaking and retweaking is the purpose of the pbe.

Posted 11/28/2012 7:41:09 AMNow wait, let's put in perspective that not long ago, Nami had a 2.65 total AP ratio as well as 610 base magic damage at level 9 on her single target ability burst damage. Around this point of the game, assuming you have 30 mpen and about 100 AP, this is definitely more than enough damage to bring a single squishy target from full health to nothing.
Tell me that this wasn't hilariously OP, given Nami has not one, but THREE DISABLES in her kit, one of which is basically a fullscreen AOE nuke that knocks up and then slowed by 60% for 3 seconds, and then one of her other abilities was another AOE disable that basically stunned people for 2 seconds. And of course she also has an on-hit buff that apply a slow to enemies.
Right, so remember that I said that Nami does 610 base magic damage at a 2.65 AP ratio at level 9? On a SINGLE TARGET? Now let me again point out that her ultimate is a fullscreen AOE basically, and her Q is another AOE disable that stuns people for 2 seconds. Both these abilities had a .8 and .75 ratio respectively.
