Overnerfed Diana? Hm well she isn't that dangerous anymore, thats true, but she is stil viable. I always had the feeling she just needed 2 Dorans Rings and the Lane was won. Now she actually needs a Deathcap to keep up. So when she get buffed again will 2 Dorans Rings win the Lane again? I hope not. But we will see.

Riot should also fix Urgot.

the karma rework has been planed since before i started playing, urgot didnt get overnerfed till this year, much less have the "WHY DO MY TEAMMATES DODGE MY HEAL/BRAKE MY SPEED CHAIN/FLASH OUT OF MY SHIELD RANGE" problem karma has(unless people assume they should run towards the guy ur ulting, but that seems unlikely (i can see 4 people all flashing over a wall after u start ulting the guy, but only once a game)

Ok great that they admited theire mistakes of overnerfing Diana and Rengar...but what about Teemo.

Seriously start of Season3 is the first time in AGES he actually was viable again, he still had a VERY bad early game and was balanced, now he IS overnerfed again and NOONE will play him, i love teemo but everytime i pick him i get ZOMG TROLL spams on me, was so wounderfull start of season3 that Teemo was viable, the nerfs on mushrooms was way to big

Teemo has bad early game? Are we playing same game? He saw always known for being a dick in lane and people generally hate him because how annoing he is (he is lane equivalent of Shaco and his only goal is to make his opponet sad inside).

So what got nerfed reduced ratio on poison by 0,1 and shrooms? Well you now have Hurricane so you can flush that crap at three people at a time, huge nerf (not mentioning taht MR is generally harder to get). I dunno, maybe you haven´t noticed but oracle now latst for 5 mintes and then expires, your shrooms cost only mana so it´s harder to clear them in SQ. You have i mentioned you also have fucking LIANDRAS TORMENT that works both with oyur shrooms and poison? When Grail came out, Galio was instantly nerfed, cause Riot realied every one with half a brain will buy it on him and it just synergizes way too well, this is same deal. Ou one more thing junglers don´t start with boots (+ nerf MS on most items) means it´s even harder to gank and catch the bastard. I hate having Teemo on team because appart his lane he contributes very little to the acuall game and turns into goblin that just randomly plants shrooms around the map or never leaves his lane, unless he´s fed he contributes little to teamfights except his global taunt. Unfortunetly those two items i mentioned still made him better (i am Teemo hater and i believe he should not exist at all in any form appart Phantom Zone maybe) because (above) people are dumb any every time some champ gets nerfed he is suddenly useless (remmeber that nerf to Jax´ Q Riot reverted?).

No. Teemo, thanks to LT, is strong and better thanin S2, even with the nerf. He can ruin the life of ADC and APC with only 2 mushrooms. And ruin their life from a distance, IMO, is huge. 

LoL Logic: something got nerfed- immedietly start crying "he is useless now" without acually thinking or trying it out.

remember when his poison had 0.14 AP on-hit? That was a weak state and now he's still doing twice as much damage with every auto. Plus Malady, plus Spellblade mastery, plus Liandry's... So yeah, he was nerfed to the ground again...
