Super Tiny Unoffical PBE Patch Notes for 1/11/2013

 IMPORTANT

A super tiny patch has just hit. It looks like a whole single change, and an update to the release skin of thresh's splash art. Soon as the gameclient is up, will check for more changes.

As a bonus for such a tiny patch, here is thresh talking in another language.

Creates a prison of spectral walls around himself. Enemy Champions who walk through a wall suffer 250/400/550/175 (+1*AP) magic damage and are slowed by 99/50 % for 2 seconds, but break that wall.

Once one wall is broken, remaining walls deal half damage and apply half slow duration.
