Unofficial PBE Patch Notes for 2/9/2013 - New Sona Splash

IMPORTANT

Zed W Passive Icon

 A new strings showed up in the client -as Zerglinator points out, It looks to be a buff icon for Zed's W

  • game_buff_tooltip_ZedWPassiveBuff: Strength of the Shadow Zed gains an additional @f1@% of his bonus attack damage.Source: @SourceName@

 Health Bar Changes

As Reddit user  Urgoth40 spotted. Health bars on the PBE have changed. They now show a block for each 200 health (instead of 100) and a big sold black line for each 1000 hp.
