- Tips: *Valor will prefer to mark enemies you attack. He also will mark minions to help you last hit.*Vault is powerful but must be used with caution, as enemies can attack Quinn when she strikes them. Vault can sometimes be used to cross terrain if your back is to a wall.*Use Tag Team for traveling very long distances quickly, for fleeing from enemies, or for chasing wounded targets.
- Opponent Tips: *After being marked, move away from Quinn so she can't take advantage of it.*Keep tabs Quinn's position. Tag Team can enable Valor to cross the map very quickly and attack you by surprise.*Valor gains a huge amount of Movement Speed when he's out of combat. Deal damage to him to slow him down.
Harrier [ Passive ] |
| Valor periodically marks enemies as Vulnerable. Quinn's first attack against Vulnerable targets will deal bonus physical damage. |
Blinding Assault [ Q ] |
| Valor flies in a line and strikes the first enemy in his path. He then attacks all nearby enemies to deal 70/110/150/190/230 physical damage and blind them for 1.5 seconds. As Valor: Performs the same attack at the current location.
|
Heightened Senses [ W ] |
| Passive: Attacking a Vulnerable target will increase Quinn's Attack Speed by20/25/30/35/40% for 3 seconds. Passive as Valor: Gains 40/50/60/70/80% Attack Speed. Active: Valor reveals a large area nearby for 2seconds.
|
Vault [ E ] |
| Quinn dashes to an enemy, dealing40/70/100/130/160 physical damage and slowing the target's Movement Speed by 70% (this effect diminishes over 2 seconds). Upon reaching the target, she leaps off and lands near her maximum attack range from it. Valor will immediately mark this enemy as Vulnerable. As Valor: Performs the same attack but does not mark or leap off the target.
|
Tag Team [ R ] |
| First Cast: Valor replaces Quinn on the battlefield as a mobile melee attacker for 20 seconds. Valor gains +80% Movement Speed, decreased gradually to +20% when in combat. Second Cast: Quinn returns to perform Skystrike, dealing from 120/170/220 to (+0.5*AD) physical damage to all enemies in a large area, increasing based on how much health they are missing. If Skystrike has not been cast before this ability ends, it will be cast automatically.

Lore
Quinn and Valor are an elite ranger team. With crossbow and claw, they undertake their nation's most dangerous missions deep within enemy territory, from swift reconnaissance to lethal strikes. The pair's unbreakable bond is deadly on the battlefield, leaving opponents blind and riddled with arrows long before they realize who they're fighting: not one, but two Demacian legends.
As a young girl, Quinn shared a hunger for adventure with her twin brother. They dreamed of becoming knights, but lived a quiet, humble life in the rural borderlands of Demacia. Together they imagined triumphant battles in faraway lands, seizing glory for their king and slaying foes in the name of Demacian justice. When daydreams alone could no longer satisfy their warriors souls, they embarked on daring wilderness adventures in search of true danger. One such quest turned to tragedy when a terrible accident claimed her brother's life. Overcome with grief, Quinn abandoned her dreams of knighthood.
On the anniversary of her loss, Quinn gathered the courage to return to the scene of the tragedy. To her surprise, she found a wounded Demacian eagle at the site of her brother's death - a rare and beautiful bird long believed extinct. Quinn nursed the fledgling back to health, and as they grew up together, a deep bond formed between the two. She saw the same quality in her newfound friend that had lived within her brother, and so she gave him the name ''Valor.'' The pair found strength in each other, and together they pursued the dream she had once abandoned.
The Demacian army had never seen heroes like Quinn and Valor. Their deadly skills quickly set them apart from their rank-and-file peers, but many still had their doubts. How could a common-born girl, even with such a powerful creature at her side, forego years of military training? Quinn and Valor proved themselves on one critical mission, tracking down a Noxian assassin who had evaded an entire Demacian battalion. When they brought him to justice, they finally earned the admiration and respect of their nation. The two now serve as living, fighting icons of Demacian strength and perseverance. Together, Quinn and Valor will stand against any threat to their beloved home.
Most soldiers only rely on their weapons. Few truly rely on each other.

Posted 2/28/2013 6:44:28 PMActually some scale better with straight AD/AS builds, mostly those with good scaling. The only ones that "must" build the standard route are Tristana, Vayne, and Ashe. The rest can get by rushing BT or other such items. Quinn is a bit more flexible and I like that about her.

Posted 3/6/2013 7:00:56 AMThe only people who rush BT are champions like Graves and Sivir who have a big AoE burst ability. All straight auto attackers do the crit route and if they don't, they're probably losing.

Posted 2/15/2013 2:48:33 PMI haven't got a chance to play her, but really like the idea of running her mid as a second ADC. Shove waves with q and roam with that huge MS buff from ult. Dont know her ratios yet but maybe something BT into Tri into Mogs? Use ult and w to catch and 100-0 out of place squishies, but still have dps for towers, bruisers, etc. Looks more like Jayce than a traditional bot lane adc.

Posted 2/15/2013 3:42:45 PMOkay, I was just spitballin about bird mode bursting. LW probs a better choice as a second item then. Main idea was play her mid and roam (or at least think about what she does well instead of 'no escape hurrumph hurrumph') but like I said I haven't played her yet so what do I know?

Posted 2/15/2013 4:21:01 PMshe definitely won't be used much as a bot lane 2v2 adc, everything in her kit is about go in go in go in. There's way too much pressure bot for that kinda mentality, one wrong step and you're dead, but i like your idea of roam mid, not sure about build either though

Posted 2/15/2013 1:58:01 PMI've experimented a bit with Quinn on the pbe, mostly as an adc, and I do feel that compared to other adc she is indeed outclassed. Don't get me wrong, she isn't bad but she is far from the best adc. Like many said, she will probably be best used top or mid in her current state. However, what i've noticed is that she might actually be good in the jungle aswell. While she does not have natural sustain, her Q does zone damage and blinds the targets for 1.5 seconds which allows you not to take any damage from the creeps for that period of time. Her W is an attack speed steroid which allows you to go through camps fairly quickly. Also her E gives a 70% slow for ganks. Once lvl 6 you also have a movement speed steroid and an execution for targets trying to escape as well. My biggest problem with quinn at the moment is the active on her W. While it can be useful to reveal part of the map, I feel it would be more appropriate to change it to a small knock back in a circle arround quinn and a small pull in as valor because as it is now, escaping an enemy with a gap closure is extremely hard without wasting the long cd ultimate.

Posted 2/15/2013 8:10:21 PMThaanks for the info. For jungle i hadnt tried it yet, was waiting to get off work, but her kit seemed like it could work. Ill check out the video. But i do think that top might be the best place for her with a bruiser type of build. The new BoTRK also seems like a great item for her

Posted 2/25/2013 10:11:48 PMPeople didn't use Jungle Twitch because he was viable as a farmer. They used him because he had 10 seconds of stealth at level 2 and an AoE slow that lasted fucking forever and slowed harder the more stacks you had up.
You desperately needed assistance at the beginning to accomplish anything but he made up for it with an absolute guaranteed first blood even when you get counter ganked.
Valor does not have that kind of ganking.
