Quinn and Valor are an elite ranger team. With crossbow and claw, they undertake their nation's most dangerous missions deep within enemy territory, from swift reconnaissance to lethal strikes. The pair's unbreakable bond is deadly on the battlefield, leaving opponents blind and riddled with arrows long before they realize who they're fighting: not one, but two Demacian legends.
As a young girl, Quinn shared a hunger for adventure with her twin brother. They dreamed of becoming knights, but lived a quiet, humble life in the rural borderlands of Demacia. Together they imagined triumphant battles in faraway lands, seizing glory for their king and slaying foes in the name of Demacian justice. When daydreams alone could no longer satisfy their warriors souls, they embarked on daring wilderness adventures in search of true danger. One such quest turned to tragedy when a terrible accident claimed her brother's life. Overcome with grief, Quinn abandoned her dreams of knighthood.
On the anniversary of her loss, Quinn gathered the courage to return to the scene of the tragedy. To her surprise, she found a wounded Demacian eagle at the site of her brother's death - a rare and beautiful bird long believed extinct. Quinn nursed the fledgling back to health, and as they grew up together, a deep bond formed between the two. She saw the same quality in her newfound friend that had lived within her brother, and so she gave him the name ''Valor.'' The pair found strength in each other, and together they pursued the dream she had once abandoned.
The Demacian army had never seen heroes like Quinn and Valor. Their deadly skills quickly set them apart from their rank-and-file peers, but many still had their doubts. How could a common-born girl, even with such a powerful creature at her side, forego years of military training? Quinn and Valor proved themselves on one critical mission, tracking down a Noxian assassin who had evaded an entire Demacian battalion. When they brought him to justice, they finally earned the admiration and respect of their nation. The two now serve as living, fighting icons of Demacian strength and perseverance.     Old PBE kingblade seemed OP. Put that shit on any ADC with hurricane. BAM 90% AD life per hit. Put that on someone with like Graves, who has AS and Armor/MR steroids, and suddenly OP drain tank. Oh well, there goes my plans. Wish I had a PBE account just so I could've messed with the 30% AD lifesteal mechanic.

    The change to Darius is definitely interesting, but its being nerfed two fold which probably isn't necessary.

    They're going to make his ult go on CD, which is nice, ill admit. Before, any Darius who used his ult properly would never have to worry about the ult CD, yet with this change you will. But yet, they also decided to give it an even higher CD at early lvls, so not only do you get the nerf in that "your ult WILL definitely go on CD", you also have to worry about the CD being longer.

    Not entirely sure if it's needed, but giving the ult a definite CD alone is already a step in the right direction. However, giving it an even longer CD during its downtime would hurt Darius more than it looks.

    Not to mention, the CD is actually quite deceptive. It may say 120sec at lvl 1, but that does not include the 12sec grace time that you have to recast it. So in total it's actually a 132sec CD at lvl 1.

    Well it's possible they'll discount the grace time, so if you penta'd with it and you'd held around 20-40 seconds total, it would already be gone from the CD. That being said, I think that a 132 second CD for it in lane is completely reasonable. Compare it to Garen's Ult for instance, which is nearly 3 minutes at level 1 (160s), which despite being more damaging, has no utility of any kind.

    This change to Darius is literally what I have said to people before should happen. The fact that his ult can be used continuously in the same fight isn't as much of a problem as the fact that he can kill people over and over immediately when they return to lane. The latter lets him snowball his lane non stop as long as he can dive a turret with his jungler and keep getting his ult reset. The former just lets him clean up a team fight that had already gone south for the enemy team anyway.

    I'm unsure as what to think about Darius's Ult change.  On one hand, they just removed an Iconic ability, not a long standing or old one, just something that fit perfectly with the theme Darius presented.   It's really strong, but it does take build up to well, build up.

    On the other, Garen's ultimate has a stupid long cooldown just because they don't want it to be up again when the opposing Laner gets back in lane to deal with automaticly.  This ain't too much of a problem for Darius in how he's supposed to be played.

    Then we got the Xin Zhao changes, also known as the "Ineffectual nerfs to the dashing E damage, which is low and ineffectual to his power, in addition to nerfing his ultimate, which became strong again because of it's added utility, not the damage"  Get what I'm thinking here?

    Is it just me, but are they essentially nerfing everybody?  Hecarim got himself a nerf with a pitty buff.  Why don't they just buff the champions people arn't using?  Is making everybody weaker easier?

    Riot has mentioned a couple of times that they prefer nerfing champions who are too strong over buffing champions who are too weak, as a)usually there are more weak champs than strong ones, so it's fewer changes that need balance iterations, and b)buffing weak people and not nerfing strong ones leads to power creep.

    Problem is Darius isn't too strong. He gets stomped by high level play (anything gold +) and he barely goes 50/50 in the lower skill levels, where he's suppose to faceroll.

    This item really fits Shyvana now. S3 lacks with a attack speed items but item is just godly. Lifesteal , speed buff and nice dmg with her doubled attack ( Q ).

    This item was already as a core on my Shyv but now ohh it just gets better.

    But this increased price for Bilgewater Cutlass hurts a lot. . .
