Posted 2/23/2013 1:39:58 AMIn terms of Kayle's Q, the PBE has:
1. Buff: Slow now scales from 35% up to 55% (instead of flat 35%)
2. Nerf: No longer amplifies Kayles damage to the target by 6-10%
It's kinda neither here nor their as to whether it's a buff or nerf IMO. She'll be better at ganking/assisting a gank but worse at single target killing.
