Unofficial PBE Patch Notes for 2/26/2013

A very very small patch has just hit the PBE. One change (That of Taric) IS ONLY in the air client, and was not changed in the game client. Thresh's change appears to just be a tooltip change. Quinns ability icons were added to the air client (they are not -new-. If you have not seen them, they are listed below.

Also note that the air client has a change to Quinn's R (from air 8 to 9). However, the last air patch was missing info that the game client had. so at this point it's best not to include that change until everything gets sorted out.

Trap enemies inside walls that slow and deal damage if broken.
Creates a prison of spectral walls around himself. Enemy Champions who walk through a wall suffer 250/400/550/175 (+1*AP) magic damage and are slowed by 99/50 % for 2 seconds, but break that wall.

Once one wall is broken, remaining walls deal half damage and apply half slow duration. An enemy cannot be affected by multiple walls.
