Ward Stat Tracking is Coming- What are interesting Ward stats?
Xelnath hit the forums with asking users what kind of ward stacks they would like to see tracked as he works on the code.
Hey guys,
I'm coding up some stat tracking for wards now. I want to give support and solo lane players some more recognition for amazing warding. Specifically, following up on the rule to prevent people from spamming wards in their base to cheese warding stats.
I plan to add: "Placed a new ward" and "Killed a ward" as end of game stats.
Is there anything else obvious you guys feel is worth noting at the end of the game?
Disclaimer: Everything we intuitively "get" as players may not be as easy to detect procedurally for a computer.What about types of wards bought?
I can separate Pink wards from Green wards, but I don't want to encourage losing players to sell all of their items to buy wards.

Posted 3/6/2013 9:28:38 PMI almost want to say that the tracker only counts the wards you've bought in a game you've won (to prevent losing players from selling items and spamming wards); and/or do not count wards placed in ones base? (outside the stone platform which includes nexus turrets)
It might still be a chore though to get reliable stats on this type of thing.

And objective timers is not something healthy for the game, it just punishes good players who keep track of those timers, and gives worse players the chance to defend those objectives, without really doing anything to deserve it

Posted 3/6/2013 4:21:09 PMThat's a great idea! You can also add the number of enemy players spotted by your wards in the graph/statistics menu. It's just a suggestion, but i think that gives players the prespective on how efficient their wards were.

and they actually cant put the income becasue .....the ward that the sightstone give us is hard to put it in math. check LOL math
