Unofficial PBE Changes for 8/14 - Arcade Hecarim Sounds and Voice and More

Tools working, Incoming item changes!

Riot still has not uploaded an Air Client

New Riot Blitzcrank Sounds

The sounds for Riot Blitzcrank have been added - We will record full vids of all three skins once everything has been finalized

Champion Changes

Shen

[w] - Feint: Now shields 60/100/140/180/220 (Changed from 70/115/160/205/250)

Zac

[R] - Let's Bounce: Now removes all slows on use, apparently no longer reduces CC by 50%.

Lucian

LucianQ - OverrideCastTime: is now 0.35 (down from 0.42)

[R] - The Culling: Ratio change on Bonus AD now 25% (down from 30%)

Master Yi

[w] Meditate: Damage reduction is now 50/55/60/65/70% (changed from 40/47.5/55/62.5/70%)

AttackSpeedPerLevel: is now 2 (down from 2.75)

Item Changes

Trinity Force

Movement Speed is back to 8% (live value) (Down from 10%)

Rage: Basic Attacks now give 20 movement speed (down from 30 movement speed)

Rage: Kills grant 60 movement speed (Down from 90 movement speed)

Entropy

No longer gives 30 Armor

Now gives 275 Health

Rage: Basic attacks now grant MS for 2 seconds (up from 1.5)

Rage: Kills now grant MS for 2 seconds (up from 1.5)

Spellbreaker (Melee Only)

Has returned into the game client but is not found ingame

Spirit Visage

Recipe Cost - 500 (up from 375)

Bilgewater Cutlass

Cast Range is now 450 (down from 550)

Blade of the Ruined King

Cast Range is now 450 (down from 500)

Man, those Arcade Hecarim sounds are awful except his laugh. And I really wanted his ult to at least play "ALWAYS~" or something like that. Major disappointment, guess I stick with Headless.

My guess is because it's always stacked with other tenacity from Ancient Golem, and you could use your ult as a Get Out of Jail Free card. With it's lowish cooldown, made catches and tying down a caught Zac real hard.

If components' cost stayed the same, pretty obviously it must be both combine and total cost. And it's minor TBH, I expected jacking up to full 3k.

What's up with the cast on the Lucian Q? I REALLY hate micro cast times in this game. Does not make combat feel fluid on champs that have them. Either have real cast times (like Cait, Karth, Ez R) or don't. Skills feel laggy where there's this minicast added to them.

The Q was always slow to cast. Now it's just a little more bearable. I understand that they are tweaking him so he is 'balanced' but at least they are making him feel more natural, not less.

the desighner mentioned that the extra damage, range, and relatively short cooldown are all kept in check by the cast delay. another clunky aspect the spell is that it stretches on to like 1100 range or so, but you are required to target something at 550 range.

if it didnt have these issues it would just be an instantaneous arcanopulse.
