Champion Changes

Evelynn

  • Hatespike [ Q ] - Missile speed is now 1250 (down from 2000 compared to last PBE Patch)
  • Ravage [ E ] - Now deals A TOTAL of 50/95/140/185/230 physical damage (changed from 35/55/75/95/115 damage with each strike compared to last PBE Patch)
  • Ravage [ E ] - Now deals physical damage (changed from magic damage compared to last PBE Patch)
  • Ravage [ E ] - Now scales with 1  (up from 0.5 compared to last PBE Patch)

Irelia

  • Bladesurge [ Q ] - Now also applies on-hit effects

Janna

  • Monsoon [ R ] - Now heals for 100/150/200 per second for 4 seconds (changed from 70/110/150 per second for 4 seconds compared to last PBE Patch)
  • Monsoon [ R ] - Now scales with 0.6 AP (up from 0.35 AP compared to last PBE Patch)

Pantheon

  • Aegis of Zeonia [ W ] - Tooltip now says 'Pantheon leaps at the target enemy champion,minion or neutral monster' (changed from 'champion' only)

Skarner

  • His rework has been reverted

Wukong

  • Removed from tips: *Oracle's Elixir will allow an opponent to see you even when using Decoy.
  • Removed from Opponent tips: '*Vision Wards and Oracle's Elixir will allow you to see the real Monkey King even when he uses Decoy.'
  • Added to Opponent tips: '*Wukong becomes tougher to kill when surrounded by his enemies.Try to isolate him to gain an advantage.'

Item Changes

Spirit of the Ancient Golem

  • No longer grants +14 Health Regen per 5 seconds
  • No longer grants +7 Mana Regen per 5 seconds
  • Unique Passive - Butcher - Tooltip now says: 'Against monsters,deal 30% bonus damage and restore 8% of damage dealt as Health and 4% as Mana.(Half restoration effect for area of effect spells)'

Spirit of the Elder Lizard

  • No longer grants +14 Health Regen per 5 seconds
  • No longer grants +7 Mana Regen per 5 seconds
  • Unique Passive - Butcher - Tooltip now says: 'Against monsters,deal 30% bonus damage and restore 8% of damage dealt as Health and 4% as Mana.(Half restoration effect for area of effect spells)'

Spirit of the Spectral Wraith

  • No longer grants +14 Health Regen per 5 seconds
  • No longer grants +7 Mana Regen per 5 seconds
  • UNIQUE Passive - Spirit Drain - Tooltip now says: 'Grants 2 Ability Power per large or epic monster kill. (max: 30) '
  • Unique Passive - Butcher - Tooltip now says: 'Against monsters,deal 30% bonus damage and restore 8% of damage dealt as Health and 4% as Mana.(Half restoration effect for area of effect spells)'

Spirit Stone

  • No longer grants +14 Health Regen per 5 seconds
  • No longer grants +7 Mana Regen per 5 seconds
  • Unique Passive - Butcher - Tooltip now says: 'Against monsters, deal 20% bonus damage and restore 8% of damage dealt as Health and 4% as Mana.(Half restoration effect for area of effect spells)'

The 2014 Lunar Revel skins are currently being deployed to the PBE, so you’ll see new looks for Riven, Tryndamereand Diana available for testing when the platform comes back up. As with the Snowdown skins last month, the Lunar Revel skins are hitting the PBE in varying stages of roughness. In particular, we want to mention that the Diana skin is missing her entire particle set and will be using Diana’s base particles as placeholder until the new ones reach a test-ready state. More broadly, all three skins will be adjusted to a higher level of polish before we release them for the Lunar Revel event next year.

New Ticker on PBE!

Hello everyone!

A few weeks ago we made a post about updates being made to the client frame and how we wanted to address a few key pain points. One area we also focused on for improvements was the Info Ticker.

We set out to make the messages clearer when there is an issue impacting the service by adding...

  • Support for longer informative messages
  • Scrolling for long messages
  • Better support for multiple messages
  • Opt-in viewing that is not disruptive and allows you to easily view all messages

There is still a bit of work left for us to do, but it should work in being able to display server messages in a clear and informative way.

For testing, we may be posting messages a bit more frequently than normal for PBE, so let us know how the ticker feels for you.

As always, thanks for checking it out and providing feedback on the Ticker and the rest of the frame :)

    How many Patches there have to come until they just buff the Kog'Maw?

    I mean, he gets obliterated by any ad now. Lucian, Sivir, Draven and Jinx are mostly the meta now. With buffing I mean to firstly rework his useless Q - many KM players just ignore to skill Q and it's not very useful with his spellkit. He lacks escape and gets a Q that can only be casted if almost melee, I mean wtf.. it's not even worth to put 1 in it cuz the passive is simply too low. 

    Rework the range on Q scaling with his W or just heighten the passive for making it worth to put one point in it with lvl 4. 

    Riot? Pls.

    I say just shove the attackspeed bonus from Q somwwere else either his W and lower the cooldown by like 1-2 seconds. Or alternatively shove it into his AS per level only problem is it would be like 4.3% which is pretty outrageous. Or hell even make it a part of his passive with some nice increments every few levels. Would realy jump start his early mid game DPS without buffing his late game.

    It would require an insane buff to make kog viable in our actual meta. (and he d then be played elsewhere than bot).

    Simply put, all that matters lately are chars with HIGH burst and mobility.

    Giving kog more steroids/on hit damages wouldn't solve the problem, considering he would still be shutdown during the laning phase (especially with new supports) and lategame, since he doesn't have a huge burst, he would still be unable to compete with ad casters (mid/jungle/adc) or ap casters (support/mid), and tanks would be actually relieved of kog (yes we know a high dps melts tanks, but focused burst works way better)

    He just doesn't fit the meta, deal with it.

    maybe making his q range increase when he activates his w and make it also apply the hp shred and debuff, i think originally in season 2 riot buffed his w duration but then nerfed it down a little they NEED to give it THE FUCK BACK

    It wouldn't change anything.
    Kog has low burst and low escape. That's what's needed to be a "great" adc lately.

    Im 11/0 with jungle Diana now around plat3 I just afk farm pre 6 she has graet clear time and she take only lil dmg from camps sometimes I make one back to base before I hit 6 and with the only problem she has she cant gank well pre 6. and with that new change to spirit of spectiral wraith she will be even better

    Meh, I hope they realease more Lunar skins than these ones. These one's are pretty meh imo, especially compared to last years Annie and Corki skins.

    Just by looking at diana's skin i am just so...*dissapointed*.. Even if she misses the entire set of particles this skin is just ugly. They should just rework this entire skin, there are so many ideas on how to make her look more badass.
