UPDATE: A video with the new Clairvoyance and Ghost particles is added between Ashe's model and Xerath's interactions video!
There is a Xerath change (you can see it in the "Champion changes" below.
Heartseeker Ashe is available and can be bought in the PBE store, but still not active.

Hey all, something in the chain of client -> game isn't firing correctly for Heartseeker Ashe right now - our QA is showing that selecting the new skin will just load in all of Ashe's base files. To avoid confusion and false reports, we're going to wait to enable her for testing until the skin actually shows up in game.

Champion Changes


  • Rite of the Arcane [ R ] - Now deals 180/235/290 damage (up from 170/220/270 compared to last PBE patch)
  • Rite of the Arcane [ R ] - Damage now scales with 0.43*AP (up from 0.4*AP compared to last PBE patch)


  • Base Movement Speed is now 340 (Down from 350 compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Null Sphere [ Q ] - Now deals 80/115/150/185/220 damage (up from 80/100/120/140/160 compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Null Sphere [ Q ] - Damage now scales with 0.7*AP (up from 0.5*AP compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Nether Blade [ W ]Passive: "Kassadin's basic attacks draw energy from the void, restoring 8/11/14/17/20 Mana each hit. If the target is an enemy champion, the Mana restored is tripled to 24/33/42/51/60."  (Back to Live)
  • Nether Blade [ W ]Active: "Kassadin charges his nether blade for 5 seconds causing his basic attacks to deal an additional 30/45/60/75/90 (+0.3*AP) magic damage." (Back to Live)
  • Nether Blade [ W ] - Now costs 25 Mana (Up from 0 compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Nether Blade [ W ] - Cooldown is now 12 seconds at all ranks (changed from 8/7/6/5/4 Seconds compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Force Pulse [ E ] - Now deals 80/130/180/230/280 damage (up from 80/105/130/155/180 compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Force Pulse [ E ] - Damage now scales with 0.7*AP (up from 0.5*AP compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Added to the tooltip: "Additionally, each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 8 seconds costs 100 additional Mana and deals 50/55/60 (+0.1*AP) additional damage, stacks up to 10 times." (Back to Live)
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Added to the tooltip: "If Kassadin hits an enemy champion with Riftwalk, it refunds 50 % of the cost." (Back to Live)
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Cooldown is now 7/6/5 Seconds (Changed from 7/5/3 Seconds compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)


  • Hawkshot [ E ] - Passive now grants bonus gold upon an enemy unit or structure kill (changed from enemy kill only)

Dr. Mundo

  • Infected Cleaver [ Q ] - Slow duration is now 2 seconds (changed from "between 1 and 2 seconds" compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live)
  • Infected Cleaver [ Q ] - The duration of slow no longer increases with the distance the cleaver has traveled (Back to Live)
  • Burning Agony [ W ] - Now reduces the duration of disables on Dr. Mundo by 10/15/20/25/30 % (up from 10/12.5/15/17.5/20 % compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)


  • Taste Their Fear [ Q ] - Active now deals 70/100/130/160/190 damage (up from 70/90/110/130/150 compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Taste Their Fear [ Q ] - Active: Damage is now increased by 45% if the target is isolated (down from 50% compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Taste Their Fear [ Q ] - Evolved Enlarged Claws: Deals bonus physical damage that is now equal to 8 % of the target's missing Health (up from 6%  compared to last PBE patch) (Back to Live values)
  • Void Assault [ R ] - Active: Removed from the tooltip: "Additionally, Kha'Zix ignores unit collision while stealthed." (Back to Live)
  • Void Assault [ R ] - Evolved Active Camouflage: Removed from the tooltip: "Void Assault's Movement Speed buff doubles" (Back to Live)


  • Cull the Meek [ Q ] - Now gains 5% of the damage dealt as Health (Back to Live)
  • Cull the Meek [ Q ]Now gains 20% of the damage dealt against champions as Health (Back to Live)
  • Cull the Meek [ Q ] - 50 Fury Bonus: Heal percent is now increased to 10% (Back to Live values)
  • Slice and Dice [ E ] - Dice: Enemies hit have 15/20/25/30/35 % reduced Armor for 4 seconds (Back to Live)

Mastery Changes


  • Now regenerates 0.35% of missing health every 5 seconds (down from 0.7% compared to last PBE patch)

    Note to any riots, fuckin solid numbers on his ult finally since you removed the % solo damage and buffed range.  All the numbers had to be buffed after % magic pen removal amirite.

    Riot STATE during preseason that they intended to nerf the mastery further due to the fact that they knew it the amount of gold it was world was well worth the tree investment for tanks.

    I understand the nerf to that mastery, but it really hurts my Gangplank. It was what let me survive in lane. They've taken it too far.

    well GP is slated for a rework anyways, all we know is hes keeping the cannons, and the oranges, parrrley will probably still exist in some form or another i bet. the passive is definitely on the chopping block, and they said hes getting a new active ability which i guess would replace his E.

    I hope the passive replace is decent. Gangplanks passive is really great to use and many underestimate his damage. I think Gangplank could be decent if they just increased his mana stats, but I'm fine with the E rework.

    Stupid Tank mastery nerf. Was 3%, then 2%, now it's 1%. Why bother anymore?

    So pretty much every nerf on the PBE for every champ has been reverted except for Riven's nerfs, and all the champions who are having their nerfs reverted are way bigger problems then her right now. Great I'm glad Riot is deciding to keep the most ridiculous nerf I've ever seen(now that the Gragas ult nerf has been reverted that is).

    reverted does NOT mean canceled, don't make that mistake reverts are a regular occurance on the PBE happens atleast once or twice per month.

    Do you know why riot does mass reverts? its too get shit they are done testing out of the way so they can test another batch of stuff it cuts down on possible bugs and keep the testers focused.

    can reverted changes be canceled after they gathered data? of course but it is not a sure thing not by a long shot. Infact in most cases it means they liked the changes and are shuffling them out of the way for things that have yet to be tested. how many will squeeze into 4.2? who knows but its doesnt mean they got axed.

    mass reverts happen all the time. Nearly every month, sometimes every other week, it does NOT mean they are throwing the changes out it simply means they are done testing them. the PBE is a testing ground, not a future patch preveiw like everyone seems to think.
