Heimerdinger Homeguard Boots Enchantment Animation

A cute change that came with Heimer's VU was his "running" animation when he's got the buff from the Homeguard Boots enchantment. I forgot to show it off then, so have a good look at it now, it's more than worth it:


Arctic Ops Varus Changes

Varus' Arctic Ops skin got minor changes like a little darker camouflage texture and the protectors in the middle of the bow.


Champion Changes

Elise

  • Neurotoxin [ Q ] - Now deals damage equal to 40/75/110/145/180 of the target's current Health (Down from 40/80/120/160/200)
  • Neurotoxin [ Q ] - Max bonus damage to monsters is now 50/75/100/125/150 (Down from 60/120/180/240/300)
  • Venomous Bite [ Q ] - Damage is now 60/100/140/180/220 (down from 60/110/160/210/260)
  • Venomous Bite [ Q ] - Max bonus damage to monsters is now 50/75/100/125/150 (down from 60/120/180/240/300)
  • Cocoon [ E ] -Stun Duration is now 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 (changed from 1.5 at all ranks)
  • Rappel [ E ] - Cooldown is now 26/23/20/17/14 (down from 26/24/22/20/18)

Ezreal

  • Mystic Shot [ Q ] - Damage now scales with 0.4*AP (up from 0.2*AP)

Heimerdinger

  • H-28G Evolution Turret [ Q ] - Attack - Beam: Now deals damage in a line every 12 seconds (up from 10 seconds)

Jinx

  • Get Excited! [ Passive ] - Tooltip now says: "Jinx receives massively increased Movement Speed whenever she damages an enemy champion or tower that is then killed or destroyed within 3 seconds." (Changed from "Jinx receives massively increased Movement Speed whenever she kills or destroys an enemy champion or tower.")

Kassadin

  • Null Sphere [ Q ] - The damage absorbed by the shield now scales with 0.3*AP (changed from 0.5*Mana)
  • Nether Blade [ W ] - Passive: Damage now scales with 0.1*AP (changed from Mana scaling)
  • Nether Blade [ W ] - Active: The next basic attack now deals 40/60/80/100/120 damage (down from 40/70/100/130/160)
  • Nether Blade [ W ] - Active: Damage now scales with 0.4*AP (down from 0.5*AP)
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Now deals 80/100/120 damage (down from 80/120/160)
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Subsequent riftwalk window is now 12 seconds (up from 8)
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Each subsequent riftwalk now doubles the mana cost (changed from "costs 100 additional Mana")
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Each subsequent Riftwalk now deals an additional 40/50/60 magic damage per stack
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Damage dealt by each subsequent Riftwalk now scales with 1 / 1.5 / 2 % * Total Mana
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Now stacks up to 4 times (down from 10)
  • Riftwalk [ R ] - Now costs 75 Mana (down from 100 Mana)

Master Yi

  • Highlander [ R ] - Active now grants immunity to "all slowing effects" (changed from "movement reduction effects")

Twisted Fate

  • Pick A Card [ W ] - All cards' damage now scales with 0.5*AP (up from 0.4*AP)

Udyr

  • Bear Stance [ E ] - Persistent Effect cannot occur on the same target again for 5 seconds (down from 6 seconds)

Xerath

  • Eye of Destruction [ W ] - Added to the tooltip: "This slow decays rapidly."

Item Changes

Feral Flare

  • Now grants 15 Attack Damage (Down from 20 Attack Damage)

Madred's Razors

  • UNIQUE Passive - Maim: Health on hit is now 8 (up from 5)

Wriggle's Lantern

  • UNIQUE Passive - Maim: Health on hit is now 10 (down from 12)
  • Transformation tooltip now elaborates: "Transforms into Feral Flare at 25 large monster kills. (Monsters killed with Hunter's Machete and Madred's Razors count toward the transformation)"

Spirit of the Ancient Golem, Spirit of the Elder Lizard, Spirit of the Spectral Wraith

  • UNIQUE Passive - Conservation: Added to the tooltip: "(Max 80 stacks of Conservation)"

Load Screen Font Changed

    Great, so Elise is being nerfed more and more until she becomes useless. Meanwhile broken hypercarry junglers like Jax and Yi become even more powerful with Feral Flare. This is absurd. I just can't fathom it. Why continue nerfing a champ who's sitting ever so comfortably at a 43% win rate? You have to go glass cannon on her now to do any damage, so good luck using spider form in teamfights or taking her top lane.

    T-they lower Kass's ult mana cost! Although they slightly nerfed the damage, it's more spammable now, although less stackable.

    Elise nerfs finally . Hated when she just came into my jungle to kill half of my hp with 1 combo.

    The only changes(nerfs) elise needed were a scaling coocon and an as % reduction to her w.  Q nerf is quite harsh for the jungle but ok.I guess that i am just a sad panda looking one of my fav champs getting nerfed.

    I preferred the Mana Scaling Kassadin... It was actually interesting... Now that he scales back on AP... He's pretty much the same as on live, just with nerfs and a magic shield instead of a silence.

    I feel they completely gutted kassadin here. You hit 1200 mana cost after 4 jumps and you have to wait 12 seconds to be able to jump again. 30% of missing mana is not going to get you to 1200 until very, very late in the game. They took away the mana ratios, the AP ratio on W damage is just shitty (compare to Teemo's 0,3 I believe and he has a long range). What is he supposed to be now? I kinda liked previous set with the mana scalings (though low-damage riftwalk did hurt), right now it's outright bad :/ Right now he doesn't have a good sustained damage from autoattacks, because the scaling is shitty. He doesn't have burst, because they totally gutted it (and nerfed the W proc pretty hard too).

    He just jumps around (a couple times because he can't do it more), slows something, interrupts a channel and does no damage?

    Elise will still be good... it just makes glass cannon spider more appealing now.. 

    a tanky spider makes no sense thematically

    These Kassadin changes are pretty interesting. I wonder what is damage is like now: is he still instant burst, or multiple bursts over several seconds (like Akali or Diana) or straight-up DPS like Ryze?

    Can someone explain the yi change?  What's the difference between "slow effect" and "movement speed reduction"?

    It means he's now immune to attack speed slows as well, instead of just movement slows.

    It was always like that, it's just a rewording.

    He has been immune to attack speed slows since 3.13. This seems to just be a tooltip change.
