Champion Changes

Leona

  • Health Per 5 Seconds is now 7 (down from 9)
  • Eclipse [ W ] - Bonus armor gained is now 20/30/40/50/60 (down from 25/35/45/55/65)
  • Eclipse [ W ] - Magic resist gained is now 20/30/40/50/60 (down from 25/35/45/55/65)

Heimerdinger

  • Hextech Micro-Rockets [ W ] - Max damage against Champions and monsters specified as "total"

Renekton

  • Dominus [ R ] - Health gained is now 200/400/800 (up from 300/450/600)
  • Dominus [ R ] - Damage dealt is now 30/60/120 (down from 40/70/100)

Rengar

  • Base Health per level is now 90 (up from 85)
  • Savagery [ Q ] - Time window for next basic attack is now 3 seconds (up from 2)
  • Savagery [ Q ] - The next basic attack now deals 20/40/60/80/100 physical damage (down from 30/60/90/120/150 (+1*AD))
  • Savagery [ Q ] - Additionally, the next basic attack's damage is increased with 100/105/110/115/120 % of Rengar's Attack Damage
  • Savagery [ Q ] - No longer grants Attack Speed
  • Savagery [ Q ] - Ferocity effect: The next basic attack within 3 seconds deals 150% (1*AD) of Rengar's Attack Damage plus 2 physical damage and grants 50% Attack Speed and 10 % Attack Damage for 5 seconds (damage scales with Rengar's level). (Changed from "Ferocity bonus: Additionally deals 100 % of Rengar's Attack Damage (+1*AD) in bonus damage, and the Attack Speed bonus is doubled.")
  • Savagery [ Q ] - Cooldown is now 0.5 Seconds at all ranks (changed from 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 Seconds)
  • Battle Roar [ W ] - Deals 50/80/110/140/170 (+0.8*AP) magic damage to enemies in the area. Rengar's Armor and Magic Resistance are increased by 10/15/20/25/30 for 4 seconds.The Armor and Magic Resist is increased by 50% for each enemy Champion or large Monster hit. (Changed from "Deals 50/80/110/140/170 (+0.8*AP) magic damage to enemies in the area. Grants 15/22/29/36/43 Armor and Magic resist for 3 seconds if an enemy is hit.")
  • Battle Roar [ W ] - Ferocity effect: Deals 40(+0.8*AP) magic damage to enemies in the area and restores between 12 and 75 Health based on missing health (healing and damage values scale with Rengar's level). (Changed from "Ferocity bonus: Rengar restores 0.8*AP of his missing Health.")
  • Battle Roar [ W ] - Cooldown is now 0.5 Seconds at all ranks (up from 0)
  • Bola Strike [ E ] - Throws a bola dealing 50/100/150/200/250 (+0.7*AD) physical damage and slowing an enemy by 60/65/70/75/80 % for 2.5 seconds. (Changed from "Throws a bola dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+0.7*AD) physical damage and slowing an enemy by 50/55/60/65/70 %, enemy Movement Speed recovers over 2.5 seconds.")
  • Bola Strike [ E ] - Ferocity effect: Deals 0.7 (+0.7*AD)physical damage and roots the target for 1.8 seconds on top of the normal slow (damage scales with Rengar's level).If the bola misses,Rengar is refunded 2 ferocity. (Changed from "Ferocity bonus: Roots the target for 1 second.")
  • Bola Strike [ E ] - Range is now 1100 (up from 575)
  • Bola Strike [ E ] - Cooldown is now 0.5 Seconds (down from 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds)
  • Thrill of the Hunt [ R ]Rengar stealths himself after 1 second (delayed to 3 seconds if taking damage) and reveals enemy Champions within 2000/3000/4000 range.Rengar's stealth lasts for 7 seconds and his next attack will cause him to leap. (Changed from "Activates predatory instincts stealthing Rengar after 1 second (delayed up to 3 seconds if taking damage), and revealing enemy Champions within 2000/3000/4000 range.")
  • Thrill of the Hunt [ R ] - After breaking stealth,Rengar gains 30/40/50 % Movement Speed and generates 5 ferocity over 5 seconds. (Changed from "Rengar gains 20/25/30 % Movement Speed and 5 Ferocity over 3.75 seconds. Lasts 1 seconds or until Rengar uses an ability that removes his stealth.")
  • Thrill of the Hunt [ R ] - Cost: "Builds 5 Ferocity" (Changed from no cost) 
  • Thrill of the Hunt [ R ] - Cooldown is now 120/95/70 Seconds (down from 140/105/70 Seconds)

  • UNIQUE Active: Now reveals area up to 4000 units away (up from 3000)

Mercury's Treads

  • UNIQUE Passive - Tenacity: Now also polymorphs

Spirit of the Ancient Golem

  • UNIQUE Passive - Tenacity: Now also polymorphs

Wriggle's Lantern

  • Added back to the tooltip: "Transforms into Feral Flare at 25 large monster kills. (Monsters killed with Hunter's Machete and Madred's Razors count toward the transformation)"

Scrying Orb (Trinket)

  • Active: Now reveals a small location within 2500 range (up from 1500 range)
  • At level 9, cast range increases to 3500 (up from 2500)

Spell Changes

Exhaust

  • Now reduces the target's movement speed by 25% (down from 30%)
  • Now reduces the target's damage dealt by 50% (up from 30%)

Heal

  • Health restored is now 95-475 (up from 90-345)
  • Now also grants 30% Movement speed for 2 seconds to you and targeted champion
  • Additionally removes any healing reduction effects that afflict either champion.


Ignite

  • Now also grants you vision of the target

Mastery Changes

Dangerous Game

  • Now restores mana upon champion kills AND ASSISTS (changed from champion kills only)

Monster Changes

Dragon

  • Damage lowered to 110 again (from 145)

    OP ignite buff. Now it's a must for the botlane. I'm not even kidding, the other buffs don't even come close. =/

    Hahaha. I love new rengar.( I just tested him jungle with feral flare)

    Op build to try. Feral flare Bots of mob. black cleaver zephyr, hyrda, blood thirster. then sell boots for trin force.

    Once you have all stacks of bonetooth,(and this build) you are nearly unstopable.

    Anyways here is a brief rundown of the differences i felt as new rengar.

    Q seems to have a bit less damage. Base q without as doesnt feel as great.
    However empowered q, feels a bit weaker, but it is actually stronger(gives you extra ad)

    W is pretty much the same

    E feels SOOO much better. The bola strike range is very good, and it has a good hitbox. It works much better with rengar, and it gives him some poke.

    R. Doesnt feel quite as good at first. You only gain the bonus movespeed AFTER the leap, unless you have enough bonetooth stacks. The ferocity gain also is quite slow. But it ultimately will allow you to do 2 double q combos within 5 seconds. With the bonetooth stacks, the ult feels the same(chaseing down), and the stealth duration is OP. If you knew where a tf was ulting to, you might be able to reach him

    So summary.

    Bonetooth trinket feels and works great.

    New rengar lost some of his 100-0 squishy power.

    But he gained the ability to deal much more damage to targets in fights.(so when he kills the enemy carry, he has enough power to kill or severely damage another carry or enemy.

    Old rengar is possibly better 1v1. But new rengar is much better in teamfights. He still feels useful once you kill your target.

    He scales VERY well off bonetooth(better than before) Getting those stacks greatly helps your power(in more hidden ways)

    HIs cooldowns are about the same(except his ult)

    With 30-40% cdr, his q has a 2-3 sec cd, and his ult has a 40 sec cd. So fellow pbe testers try building some cdr on him. You will love it.(i built zephyr, and black cleaver, and blue buff and blue pot)

    Now this game was just a test game vs bots. it was a 3v5(i always have 2 bots and 5 enemies, to somewhat balance my power, so the game doesnt end fast if i get kills)

    However my perspective is based on what I feel is different, and what I think he does better or worse.

    A perspective written solely based on bots would be

    New rengar easily soloes 5 people by himself.

    Iwas tentatively on the Gurren Lagann Rumble hype train, but these sounds have derailed it for me. :\ Rumble's VA just can't carry that kind of sincere, impassioned performance. Plus, new voices means it will be legendary, which means it will never go on sale, which means I'll never get it, so it's hard to be hyped about something you won't use.

    If the 0.5 sec CD on Rengars q is true, i am gonna have a fun time. Atleast a few weeks before they nerf it....

    Does anyone know if you loose your trophies if you swap the trinket ?

    Should be changed .

    So glad for the dangerous game buff so many times i died from the enemy ignite when i needed 5 hp and then my ally kills him.

    why not pool party syndra?
    lol was looking forward to the first real syndra skin since release for my main mid champ... not terribly excited anymore. the concept doesn't seem to grab me really. well, one of your 2 syndra players will not have this skin
