The Rengar change is actually correcting an oversight. His Q animation is accelerated by attack speed, so the old version couldn't just drop its own bonus attack speed because its animation was designed for it. (more frames than normal attack) Now that the regular Q has no bonus attack speed, it was actually SLOWER than a normal attack, despite being an AA reset. They are correcting that, but not actually buffing the rework changes. They still need to get data after this change to see if he needs real buffs.

and some patch nots from PBE i was sure the changed the base dmg to 150 at lvl 9 again

Posted 4/20/2014 2:22:29 AMThat nighthunter skin was taken down so they could install a way to put on and take down his hood. Some of the tech is already there because his recall animation used it. From what I hear, they are going to hook it into a taunt or laugh, and he will pull on or take down his hood. Similar to Neon Vi's goggles.

Edit: This is in several days though wtf? Usually they post these messages during the day and then shut down the servers the same night.
