Apart from killing non-counterplay stuff, they buff him with better ability ranges and they fix his REALLY horrendous mana costs, especially if you were spamming W to get your ult back faster.
Is the last rank of E actually doing something if the enemy isn't Teemo? Since it is already hardcapped I wonder if 85% slow won't put champs to the hardcap anyways.
Hmmm Zilean changes are much smaller than I imagined. I actually expected a whole rework except perhaps his ult. Q turned to skill shot is good, that was always needed, but I really expected more changes to W and E.
Every part of his kit minus passive was changed meaningfully.
Q is obvious but W not effecting ult is big and E increasing in intensity with levels up to 99% is big.
"Timemage" i think his Q isnt really a thing, that a timemage can do, its just an engineer / mechanical bomb... should get a better visual effect, than a mechanical timebomb...
His E should more works like: Target moves faster/slower, but smaller amount than now, if you reactivate the skill the target will be backportet to the starting position, this would make some cool plays, somehow like Leblanc distortion.
HIs W is just bad, its so hard to balance and its not really a "interactive" ability.
How about a timebubble that slows down procetilles, like the bubble from the Diablo 3 mage...
I've always thought his Q would be better with an ammo system tbh, and make W something useful. Honestly, E can only get 1 charge for all I care, or a small aoe to compensate. Double E on one enemy always felt abusive imo, being unable to do anything as a melee for that long was just unfun.
Is nobody else outraged by the 99% nondecaying 2.5 s slow that can be doublecasted/used every 3.6s lategame? And guarantees the bomb stun hitting? Honestly that E is going to make engaging impossible late and absolutely warp teamfighting, only the likes of vi and J4 can get to a well positioned carry with him around, and he still has a revive and a stun when they get there.

My bet is that they accidentally swapped the rewind range with the ult range. It doesn't make any more sense for rewind to have 600 range than for chronoshift to have 0 :O

Well...slow has a cap of 110 ms, and regardless of whether it's a 55% slow for 5.5s or 99% for 2.5, you won't be able to dodge skillshots anyway.

Nope, but movespeesd Has a floor at 110MS so 99% slow realy isn't as bad as it sounds.
