Irelia ... I'd keep the E damage, but hit her mindless dps and tankiness, maybe even her passive.
It's fun to make 'bursty' plays (often with Sheen) with her. What's not a fun element is that mid/late she just autoattacks people to nothing whilst easily sustaining. =>

that w nerf to her would be a great idea I'd even go further with it they could also remove her slow on her e if they did that then they could give her a ad scaling buff with her w so if she wanted true damage with her w she would have to build damage meaning she would have to sacrifice some of her tankeness from items for damage instead of the tf into full tank build which at the moment is broken due to her having a lot of damage as a tank which i find boring. I don't think this change would hurt her to much but could make her mid game weaker due to her not having the tankeness/damage at that point in the game.as a irelia main i never like nerfs to her but i do think she needs changes to be honest i fell like a rework with the removal of her w and r is the only way to fix her problems
Eh, that buff to Evelynn won't make her viable again in my opinion. She needs a rework. Her invisibility is nearly impossible to balance, so she will stay too oppressive or totally irrelevant for ever. At the moment her clears kill her. On top of that she can't fight anyone this season and she has no real build, that synergizes properly with her kit.
Same goes for Singed this season. I don't see him being able to do what Singed does best. The buff is nice and will improve his laning and you are more frightened to get flinged now.
The Eve buff lets Eve be more Eve. But ye her weaknesses stay the same. I don't really see how her camouflage can't be balanced-ish. It's a lot less binary than ... lets say Rengar ult.
Singed is underrated I feel, I don't see how he's a terrible champ, maybe not top tier. But if they make this buff he'll definitely be strong as fuck. (build righteous glory)
due to irelia kit being built around being a hit or miss type champion with the exception of her w/r (which will probably be removed with the rework due to them not working for different reasons) based on that it would make sense for riot to make her e more punishing for missing her stun.
It's a nice nerf but not enough imo, she is strong at all stages of the game so she either needs a reduction in power to her early or late game, not just a very minor nerf to mid/late game :/
I feel like the healing on her ult needs to be removed and replaced with something more interesting
I'm not playing so many singed games but even now I won 7 matches of 8 with him.Back then when bansee's veil had mana he was op then rito changed it.Now we've Righteous Glory It has mana and hp also movement speed and slow and now this buff.I guess I'll make him my main champ.

Irelia nerf was necessary too but this will not affect her so much.Last night I played her.I carried to the game easily.Her skill kit is broken man.It will not matter even they nerf her, she will always be a broken champion.
These Veigar changes are in the right direction. With the increased range on Q it's much safer to farm and poke with it. The cooldown reduction is nice as well, but even with the passive buff you'll run out of mana quickly so it doesn't actually affect that much in the end (still an improvement though).
As for late game and team fights, I find that he works a lot better in the backline now that all his basic abilities have around 900-1000 effective range, and short cooldown on Q and W. Maybe that is what Riot wants new Veigar to be since E is now more suited as an anti-dive and/or follow-up CC tool. Also, with Q's newest range increase it's easier to reach enemies on the far edge of your E.
However, the only outlier in his kit now seems to be his ult as its range is quite short compared to the rest of his spells, which means that it's difficult to use on a squishy enemy when you are in the backline unless they are caught out of position or the squishy is a diving assassin. But I suppose it makes sense for it to have a short range as it's a point-and-click nuke, akin to Syndra's ult.

Eve gets some love, I'm just not sure it's enough.
Agreed, she needs a buff to her early clear so she isnt super hard countered by late invades and counterjungling.

Why did his winrate go down after the change? Certainly not because he got easier.
And yes, the Irelia change WILL help. Not much, but it will. It has high base damage for a spamable ability.
