Randuin's Omen

New Active: Slows the movement speed of nearby enemy units by 35% and afflicts them with Cold Steel's debuff for 3 seconds. For each enemy champion slowed, gain 15% attack speed for 6 seconds (60 second cooldown). No longer gains resistances per champions hit.

Righteous Glory

Health reduced to 600 (down from 650)

The Black Cleaver

Recipe Cost reduced to 825 (from 1263)

New Recipe: Phage + Kindlegem + 825 gold

Health raised to 400 (up from 200)

Attack Damage lowered to 40 (down from 50)

Cooldown reduction raised to 20% (down from 10%)

New Passive: UNIQUE Passive - Rage: Dealing physical damage grants 20 movement speed for 2 seconds. Assists on Cleaved enemy champions or kills on any unit grant 80 movement speed for 4 seconds instead. This Movement Speed is halved for ranged champions. No longer grants +10 armor penetration.

Now reduced armor for 6 seconds and up to 30% (formerly 4 seconds and up to 25%)

Twin Shadows [TT/Dominion]

Price raised to 2400 (up from 2300)

Recipe Cost now 730 (up from 630)

The new black cleaver looks sexy as a third item on ezreal after manamune +iceborn. Not to mention this let him pick a different boot beside cdr boots as rune +masteries +iceborn + bc can easily achieve 40%.

Just remember you will be relying on your teammates to do damage if you run this. BC doesn't do great damage for the user. I'd only use a build like that sparingly if you have other decent AD damage and are having a lot of trouble with people jumping on you. Blue build Ezreal is after all a kiting build.

This new cleaver will be best on AD casters that don't rely on autos, cast a lot of abilities quickly and are heavily physical damage based (as opposed to hybrids like irelia and jax). So it will be best on champions like Kha'Zix, Jayce, Talon, Riven, Pantheon, Renekton, Quinn, Wukong and Jarvan. All of whom don't like trinity very much and pick it up more as a "no other option" kind of thing when they do. And it makes sense since most of those champions need a pick me up at the moment and usually have no particularly good options for movement speed boosting items.

It's more about their kit as a whole than it being a particularly "bruiser" or "assassin" item.

Wu and Jarvan, who might be OP as hell with this since they already are.

Actually, it might not be that great on Talon. Talon is about assassination and loss of flat arpen hurts him. And by the time he fully stacks it, his combo is over anyway. Bruisers like Rene/Wu are a different story...

Might want to reword that.
Randuins doesnt gain resistances per champ hit, it gains increased slow duration based on armor and mr... unless there was a PBE change i missed

So we get another tankitem with 20% CDR aside of frozen feart, which isnt really good on tanks like Renekton and Mundo, etc., champs without mana.
And its also good on ADCs who dont go for a triforce but want the movementspeedbuff.

I don't know about that, trinity is good on hecarim because he benefits from every stat on it and it's a very cost efficient item. The flat speed boost (in addition to the passive boost) and the sheen proc are the best things about TF for hecarim, the mana is also really good for him early game, new version of cleaver has none of that. If he wants CDR he can go frozen heart after TF and be better off.

a freind of mine told me that shacos getting a rework beyond a texture/image, and its in the dev blogs. can somebody link me? because i cant find any changes to shaco

You mean "even better"? It already wasn't terrible against full AD comps.
