Disclaimer: This is a a pretty grand generalization. There are plenty of specifics here that aren't covered.
I feel like categorically this matchup is in Darius's favor.
There's kind of three types of top lanes:
1. Long range / pokey / sustainey
2. All-in burst / assassin
3. Bruiser - Wants to fight for a moderate-long duration
Generally speaking all-in burst beats long range, long range beats bruiser, and bruiser beats all-in. I would classify Wukong as all-in, and Darius as bruiser.
Basically, unless Wukong has infinite mana to E-Auto-Q-W and get out, he'll start suffering in trades. He can't do that often enough to wear down Darius, and in any other sort of engagement, Darius will start coming out ahead in a fight.
However, if Wukong ever gets super ahead, there's not a lot Darius can do about it: He can't force the fight, and if Wukong's damage ever eclipses Darius's durability, Wukong can just keep shoving him out of lane.
