I assure you that's me. We sound quite a bit different IRL but in the video we do sound eerily similar. I'd blame Phreak but I do that enough in my day to day work.
The great thing about ezreal is that he could be built AP/AD. You should have increased the AP scaling on the W if you were going to lower base dmg and area.
