Well for me this theme fits well on him, a pair of black wings or one of wings black and other white or gray with some blood on it.
His Q an flaming arrow with gray/black or dark blue/black fire.
W stacks with silver blue/pale soul particles or blue feathers falling around the enemy.
His E spirits fall from sky and when it lands the ground with aspect like the life on it was being drained
His ult he fires 2 black veis, while the snare effect black wings apear and embrace the target. while firing the veils his wings become bigger (like on pic)

in general he should look like an sexy and beautiful shirtless inccubus with angel wings, on classic skin varus have a long hair but on this skin i would like to see him with short hair, dark blue pupils(on classic skin he dont have pupils :P), on death animation his wings shatter and start a rain of feathers on his dead body , the picture attached is just an inspiration. (well, i'm bad at drawing but if someone want draw it for me you are welcome )
