Thank you for bringing your concern to the Help and Support Forum! You are absolutely correct in that we have disabled the Refund Feature temporarily in order to combat some technical difficulties we were experiencing. You can see the announcement here:
Once we are able to turn Refunds back on, you should be able to see a new post in this thread! I hope this alleviates some confusion!
There is nothing more I would like to do that provide a ETA or a date when the Refund Feature will be operational once again. However, given the current circumstances I am unable to say when the feature will be able to be re-activated. I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
