[Game] [Minor] Zed skillshot indicator of shadow lingering for too long

How to reproduce: Play as Zed, use your W, and click on your Q but don't use it. When your shadow runs out, the Q skillshot indicator of your shadow will still be there for a few more seconds, but the skillshot of your shadow will not fire.
