Chat will not load ssys to attempt to reconnect and gives me the button to do so. But when i click the button nothing happens it just attempts for a second and stops. Anyone else having this issue?

Now we have a MOJOR MAJOR ISSUE!
When i join a que to play summoners cant chat with each other because chat is 'down'
Also Ive been in 7 games in the past 10 mins because the game acts as if someone is dodgeing the que when no one is!
ANd the bug where it only shows 1 enemy in champ select!
