Repro steps:
1. Start a game
2. Select Fiora
3. Select Royal Guard skin

-Classic Fiora also does not have a model or skill icons.
-Nightraven Fiora has a blue model with no textures. She also doesn't have skill icons.
-Headmistress Fiora's model is fine but she has no skill icons.
not seeing this on my client. have you tried the repair option from the patcher?
if that didn't resolve anything, could you post your video settings please?
