Hello there, im having these problem in my login, when i try to login in, the client says that the server is too busy and dont let me. I disable my firewall and my antivirus and i can go to the menu but when im playing the conexion is lost and i dont want to get banned for that...

Encountering a Server Busy Error can be very confusing due to the fact that if the Server was in-fact Busy, how did one get past the Patcher? Typically, encountering a Server Busy error does not mean that the Server is in-fact Busy, but rather this may be an issue relating to your computer's ability to accept the security certificates from our login server. Our Client relies on Internet Explorer for a great deal of information, regardless of your default Browser, so be sure to make all suggested changes in Internet Explorer. The following should help resolve this issue:

3) Turn off Certificates in IE, IE Options > Advanced > Restore Advanced Settings, IE Options > Advanced > Uncheck "Check for server certificate authentication"
If you have a more updated version of Internet Explorer you may have to uncheck these settings instead:
"Check for server certificate revocation"
"Check for publisher's certificate revocation"
"Warn about certificate address mismatch"
Yet, if you have attempted all of these different steps, and are still haunted by this Server Busy error, then please do not hesitate to let me know by creating a new Support Ticket* so we may work with you one-on-one until arriving at a Full Resolution!
