I played in a 3v3 bot game, and the game would repeatedly crash at random intervals. I made sure my drivers were up to date, and went into a 5v5 draft match. About 2 minutes in, the game crashed again, and would crash at random intervals once more. Sometimes, it would go for a few minutes, and others, I would crash as soon as I loaded in. Running the repair tool, but is there anything else? This has only occurred since the Zed patch.

What do you mean by "Crash?" the term "crash" could imply a large number of things, are you currently getting any error messages when you crash? If so, what do they say? Also, could you attach your Dxdiag information for me? I'd like to see if i spot anything from there.
The game would black out and I would be returned to the desktop. Windows 7 would launch a dialogue window saying, "Windows has detected a problem.." and would eventually close it if I didn't click Cancel. When I would relaunch LoL, it would ask to terminate any other instances, meaning the .exe is still running. Attached is DxDiag.
Off the top of my head, it looks like your windows is a bit out of date:

You are missing Service Pack 1. Try updating your windows and see if that resolves the issue. If it doesn't, i would suggest submitting a support ticket to our Technical Team, as they will need to look into more personal information such as your running processes.
I keep getting bugsplat and lost my first ranked placement match due to it. I tried loading a custom game and bugsplatted again.

So essentially...I have am having similar issues with some pretty devastating results to my Elo Rating (since very first placement match yields most elo change in 1 match).
Bug Splats are related to a different issue entirely then what the OP is experiencing. We have a Knowledge Base Article on Bug Splats that covers most of the causes and some simply fixes the the problem. If the KB article doesn't help, i would also suggest submitting a support ticket to our Technical Team If you provide them with a Dxdiag Log in your initial request it will expedite the process a bit.
