We are supposed to receive a Gold Trim on all game types in the loading screen if we achieved Gold is season 2. I am having this issue. As stated below it says we are supposed to receive the gold border for the loading screen regardless of the game mode.
I Have still not received my gold trim for my loading screen, yet I have a silver one. Riot Can you please fix this for the love of god.
Gold tier:
War Hero Janna skin
Gold banner trim in summoner profile
Gold border on the game loading screen
Gold summoner icon for each queue in which you are Gold tier

"I had five wins with a Platinum 3v3 Ranked Team. Why don't I have a Platinum border in normal games?
Ranked games show the border that you earned in that particular queue. All other game modes show the border that was achieved in the Ranked Solo queue."
It also never specified That we had to have it in 5's... So youre saying I should've played 5's?
Hm, you're tagged for having Gold rewards in RankedTeam3v3 and Silver Rewards in RankedSolo5x5. Let me break down the expected behavior by queue for loading trim and you can verify on your end.
Normals/Coop vs AI - Silver Trim
RankedSolo5x5 - Silver Trim
RankedTeam5x5 - No trim
RankedTeam3x3 - Gold Trim.
If you still do not see your Gold trim in RankedTeam3x3 please post your game logs here and I'll forward those to an engineer to see whats up. Also, you do have your gold border on your summoner profile correct?
Haha omg! You should attach it :P If you hit go to advanced option there should be a manage attachments button that will let you attach the log itself to the post.

- Loading screen borders are queue specific. You should see your gold border in Ranked Team 3v3s and Silver in Ranked Solo 5v5,

- You should also see Gold loading screen border in Ranked 3v3s and silver in ranked team 5v5s.
As for summoner icons, we're currently rolling them out. The script is taking awhile to run due to the amount of players :P

Grab the one that corresponds to the game session where you did not see your gold trim and post/attach it in this thread.
