    you can't selfcast mikael's crucible by pressing alt+(key its bound to)

    Previous to this item rework we didn't have any targeted items that could be cast on allies or yourself.

    Zhonyas: Always self casted

    Randuins/Shurelias: self cast/AOE automatically

    DFG: always an enemy target

    I'll see what the live team wants to do in this situation. They may not want it to be self castable.
