Hello, I was wondering, it says once you reach level 20 you can participate in the tribunal. Well, i'm a level 23, and have no known punishments by the tribunal. I have checked my email, and saw no letters about me being banned or punished. I believe I was banned maybe 1 or 2 times from leaverbuster, but thats all I know. What else do I need, or is the system just haven't realised im level 20 yet?
So i'm past level 20....
