While I can't speak for anyone other than myself, I think about champion design and discuss the issue because I think it does matter.
I think this is the most healthy approach to the topic. People are going to talk about champions (and the depictions that champions are) because they are important to them. That's a good thing. Making up straw men (or straw feminists) isn't exactly treating the people or the subject matter with respect. Civility!
I deeply agree. Bashing them by making a thread for that sole purpose doesn't exactly help. Judging by the amount of likes though, it seems people like the purpose of this thread, which is a bit sad really. I thought of making a civil discussion thread on this issue, but I feared at the outburst that it would make, which this thread seems to nearly confirm by evidence. I'm glad I didn't make it.
There's actually been a fair number of threads in GD about character representation that were pretty civil and rather cool. It can be a bit of a heated topic, but I don't think the forum is inherently unable to discuss it. It's just a little easy to be acerbic on the Internet.

Nobody cares that outfits are revealing because Varus is practically naked and we (being men) haven't said a damn thing about him or Taric's Design
What's the problem, why do you keep bringing up female champ design? A woman who doesn't even EXIST having breasts and a decent figure is BAD to you?
Why is breasts such an issue with you people? Why is their figure such an issue? Tell me why ?
