Anyone ever gotten this message before??? And as a side note I've never had a warning or suspension. Just straight to permaban status. I don't know how it could be "consistently toxic" if it never happened before lol.

I'm looking into this case. It's a bit complicated and is not a straight forward toxic behavior case. It does not have anything to do with 3xecutioner's games with a Rioter. Rioters raging definitely isn't ideal behavior but we need to handle that separately and that is not the reason for this ban.
An important distinction to note is that bans that don't end on 2286 (straight forward toxic behavior permanent bans) tend to be unique cases that are not discussed openly on the forums. The only reason it took so long to respond to the thread isn't because it's a lose-lose situation or Riot made an obvious error; to be honest, I've just been sick for a few days and not posting much. statuskwoh mentioned this thread (and the Reddit thread) to me, so I figured I'd give everyone a heads-up first that we'll follow-up on this case in the next few days.

You were permanently banned for toxic behavior. You were reported in nearly every single game you've ever played in that account's history; in fact, you have more than twice as many reports as games played. That's a staggering data point.
In just a handful of the games I reviewed you show racism, make jokes about abortion, repeatedly use words like "f*ggots," "duof*gs" and worse. Your ban was completely justified--please spend your gaming time elsewhere.

The Tribunal is just one process that vets player behavior in League of Legends. We have many more. In your case, we audited your account by hand and had to immediately act on it.
I've concluded my analysis and I've unbanned all of 3xecutioner's accounts. In this particular case, 3xec's accounts were all temporarily locked (to the year 2212) while an investigation was underway regarding a 3rd party application. The application was detected in an abnormally large number of games 3xec was in so a team was investigating more into it. There were a few mishaps in the process such as the wrong e-mail being sent to 3xec and the investigation also taking longer than expected--these are things we need to improve on and I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm going to reach out to 3xec myself and can provide more specific details to him.
To re-iterate something I mentioned earlier, this case had nothing to do with 3xec's games with Rioters and the Rioter potentially raging; we are going to investigate that separately and get the appropriate people involved.
