    I been doing some testing on the PBE, I noticed something odd with Chalice of Harmony and how it has been operating.

    The live version of Chalice scales with your mana regen depending on how much you have. The more mana regen you had, the more you would benefit from the item passive with the lower your mana pool was.

    Currently on the PBE after doing some tests I discovered that it isn't working as intended.

    After playing around with trying to add mana regen when I was out of mana (will use kassadin as an example). I noticed that no matter how much mana regen you appear to add, you do not gain changes into the mana regeneration equation.


    So I then tried adding just flat mana to increase the pool. The results were the same. No change.

    I went and began trying to do both mana regen and increasing the mana pool. No dice.

    My conclusion has come to this, its either:

    - Chalice of harmony is not working as intended in the coding which is accounting your mana regen in its formula

    - Since there is limited amounts of mana regen in the game in terms of items (and if champion base mana regen was nerfed somehow?) The effects of Chalice are greatly underwhelming.

    - or the formula for mana regen on the chalice passive has been changed to which it is adding mana regen, but only in a certain flat amount to which (is not shown to us) it also shows is greatly underwhelming currently on the PBE but is different from live server's chalice.



    Chalice needs to be looked into before the S3 changes get sent to live. This can potentially break the usage of the item if its performing currently the way it is on PBE. Especially when players use it for their champion builds.

    It just isn't doing what its supposed to be doing. =/
