[Game][Minor]tiamat active mispelling and [Game][Major] Kayle E splash damage turrets

    On purchase tiamat active is spelled "cresecent"
    however its spelled correct on shop viewing
    also tested on hydra and its correct on hydra

    Also while kayle E is active her splash does damage turrets if the target is close enough

    also i dont know if those bugs were submited or not so sorry if they already have acknowledge of this
