I was just wondering how many times you must be reported, and by how many people, until your case is brought before the tribunal. Sometimes in the tribunal I only see 2-3 cases and I'm unsure if one clear deviation from the summoners code warrants a ban, sometimes 2 violations out of five reports. Some clarification would be appreciated

Low case ones usually mean one of three things:
1) It's a long case, where they've gradually been bad, and we don't have the recent data on the tribunal server (we may have the data, but having it on the tribunal server is different)
2) They recently got banned, and this is a new case, with new evidence -- which is a smaller quantity.
3) System bug. Sometimes we see that they've been reported enough to end up there, but only can find 1 or 2 games with clean logs and full data. This is a lot rarer now.
I would say in general that if you see behavior that is obnoxious, you should ban them. You dont have context on the full list of games, so I'd just act on the data you see.
