On the 23rd I purchased Diana with RP and Draven with IP, I verified by looking at my recent purchases. Now it shows that I own neither of these champions and they are marked as "nonrefundable" on my recent purchases. Please return my purchases, it would be very much appreciated.
Something like this would be best handled through a support ticket from one of our specialists. I would suggest submitting a support ticket to our support team, here They should be able to help you further with this.
