hi, i'm from argentina and can't buy 5000 rp using my credit card.
it's not the 1st time i use it to buy rp
the store give me this message "we apologize, but your card has been declined. please contact your card provider if you believe this is an error"
As this is dealing with personal information such as bank and credit card info. I would suggest submitting a support ticket to our Billing specialists, here. They should be able to help clear this up for you.
