So this is twice in a couple weeks that my friend is off my friends list and I have to re-friend him. NO HE"S NOT UNFRIENDING...we have to keep friending eachother. First time was strange...second time says there is something wrong...
Thank you for bringing this issue to the Help and Support Forum! I completely understand how completely frustrating this issue may be, especially if your friend is not "trolling" you by deleting you off the Friends List. Due to this, hopefully we can resolve this quickly!
Typically, this occurs when your friends list has become asymmetrical with that of the friends you are having problems with. In other words, your friend is on your list but you are not on theirs.
Fortunately, the following steps appear to correct this issue:
- Remove your friend from your list.
- Have your friend remove you from theirs.
- Add them to your friends list (after you are sure you are both cleared from each other's lists).
- Have them accept the invite.
Yet, if it still appears that you are being de-friended every couple of days, then please do not hesitate to let us know by creating a new Support Ticket* which will allow us to work one-on-one until arriving at a Full Resolution!
