Other than Ebay(which I still can't find one on) I have no clue where to possibly get them. Although I heard they were sold at the Championship which I was unable to attend but wanted to...because work prevented me from going.
They were also sold at Season 2 Quarterfinals and Season 2 Finals. I don't have any more information for you because I don't know any more on this... sorry!
