Just wanted to make everyone aware that recently Riot decided to outsource the majority of it's customer service teams located in Austin Texas to the Phillipines. Rather than search domestically and create jobs where jobs were lost, Riot has decided to put people out of work, and create jobs in another country that accepts lower wages.
Personally, after providing more than 500$ since joining in beta to Riot I will no longer be a paying customer. I used to work in the game industry so this is very important to me, and it's obvious that they do not value domestic employment rates, are and following the path of corporate greed and generating revenue over domestic jobs and the welfare of their peers.
Our Director of Live Services, Lance Stites, has created a new topic to discuss Player Support and it's impact at Riot.
