In S3 I build similarly to S2. Focusing on Armor/MR, while there are less options to build MS trinity force still provides good utility.
Runes: MS Quints x3, Armor Pen Marks, Armor and MR seals and glyphs.
Masteries: 9/21/0
Summoner Spells: Ghost/Smite
Early Game:
Machete x5 Pots > Boots > Spirit Stone > Mercs Treads > Spirit of The Ancient Golem
Opinions needed about the tenacity redundancy between the items above. What do you think?

-Screw Merc's Treads, Ninja Tabi Instead! Build some MR on the side in the beginning leading to Spirit Visage later.
And I want to know what you think would be a good enchantment for boots on Hecarim, I am torn between Captain, Distortion and Alacrity.

I would swap out Merc Threads for Ninja Tabi and grab Visage for your MR needs.
