Reign of Gaming

So, I bought the Panda Teemo Skin, but when I go to the Skins tab to select it after I have locked in, it isn't there. I feel cheated of my money as I saved for a while to buy that skin.

EDIT : Now it's there, I just can't seem to move the skin selection screen. It's stuck.
