i'll pass the feedback alongi was going to bring it up myself since as an adc i almost never know when i have tidecaller's blessing if nami isn't using the koi skin.
Yeah, I noticed this too. Even on the koi skin, yeah you get koi jumping around the recipient of your E for a second, but after that it's hard to tell. One thing you may want to tell your ADC is to look at the targets of his auto attacks; while your E is on him, his AA will cause a little splash of water on whatever he attacks. Probably too subtle tho, but I know our effects guys are always extremely careful not to overload the game with too much visual noise. It's a balancing act.
May I suggest an auditory cue? No one ever mistakes whenever they're under Sona's Aura effects because it has a constant, subtle hum when she is nearby.
i'll bring that up as a possible solution. not sure how much more the buff needs to be noticed more consistently, tbhmaybe a bit of audio is all it takes.
