So today i played a game as Annie, and i was vs a Viktor. As soon as i got ingame i noticed there was no picture for my ultimate and it had 3 level already at level 1. I went into a custom game with a friend to try and reproduce the bug. I tried with every Viktor skin and Goth + Annie in wonderland skin for Annie. The bug was still there.
This only happened for me when fighting against a Viktor and i couldn't reproduce the bug with any other champion (tried 5 other random champions)
