ip boost missing

bought £31.50 rp points which gave me 6450 rp points i bought 7 page rune slots,50 game ip boost and 7 day ip boost and 3 cheap champs got them all but the 50 win ip boost which cost the most.that was 2 days ago.ive emailed and no reply please help
