@Riot(anyone): Butcher mastery fixed?

    The Butcher mastery basically did nothing in the previous patch.

    There is no mention of it being fixed in this patch.

    Can anyone confirm if it does or does not work?

    We haven't been putting bug fixes in patch notes for awhile, this patch we're sitting at over 60 bug fixes of live issues. I will probably start compiling a list of all bugs fixed every patch, I just haven't had time.
