new 3v3 teemo on altar bug.`

    I think i may have found a bug on the new eve map with teemo. i was using the super teemo skin, but that may not make a difference. When standing still on the altar, teemo will go stealth(passive) and the altar will not recognize that he is on it, OR he will capture it VERY VERY slowly. If i were to move around it would capture as normal. Test it out for yourself.

    Doable, but some people may wish for it to work. The current method was the least intrusive method, I felt.
