Snowdown Showdown 2012 skins are considered "Legacy". This means they will be available for sale during the current Snowdown event.
Afterwards, they will be removed from the store and added to our Legacy Vault.
Skins in the Legacy Vault may show up in sales or events in the future. You'll notice this is what happened to Snowdown 2011 Skins, which can currently be purchased again for a limited time.
