i've checked the recall thing a few times in the current build and everything looks sync'd updoes this happen for you all the time, and from the start of each match? if you have a video for reference, that would be helpful as well.
as for the dialogue you're referring to, that is a line we recorded from when we did katarina's visual update and new script. we decided to cut it, which is why you've probably not heard it until that youtube video you referenced. it was never part of the festive katarina skin, and any instances of it being included in a build (for any skin) are erroneous.
ah, okay. this doesn't show up on our stored version of what we shipped, so there might be something tricky at play, but regardless we'll get this figured out and addressed.

we saw them, but the in-house version (which is more up-to-date) of the 'in progress' work showed no signs of the issuethe report was marked as 'could not reproduce' as it thought to be something the audio guys fixed on their own while finishing up the sfx.
now that we see it's still an issue, we'll open this back up. the fact that it shows up on live but not internal means that as a secondary task we'll look into how we can test for this more accurately on internal builds, as verifying via the internal version saves us a ton of time.
